Zumba Gold (60 minutes)
Lower intensity workout combined with stylish music for the
active older adults.
It is fun and easy to follow.
Barnabas, Certified Yoga/Karate Instructor
Starting February 2012
MMA Yoga
It is a combination of martial arts exercise and yoga regimenfor 60 minutes.
It will be a high intensity and exhilarating workout!
